How will I know how much I have earned from Brand Partner customer purchases?
You will be able to see your estimated earnings in the commission widget located on your dashboard.
What purchases count towards the Brand Partner commission?
By accessing Isagenix through a Brand Affiliate link, customers can purchase as a guest and pay the regular retail price or create a free customer account to save up to 15%. Either way, purchases made by customers will be included in your Brand Affiliate's commissions.
How do Brand Partner commissions work?
Brand Partner commissions are paid every Monday, with a weekly delay. Commission rates depend on the number of customers purchasing and the amount of product purchases during the commission month.
What happens if I increase my commission percentage during the commission month, what percentage will I earn overall?
If the commission rate at the end of the month is higher than any previous weekly commission rate that was paid, the Brand Partner will receive the difference between the ending commission rate and the lower previously paid rates. The difference will be included in the last payment for the month.
Example: Assume you end the commission month qualifying for the 35% commission rate and were previously paid for customer orders when qualifying at 20% (week 1), 25% (week 2), and 30% (week 3) commissions. In the final week, you will receive a Month-End Bonus for the difference between 35% and these amounts. .
35% minus the 20% previously paid commissions = 15% Month-End Bonus 35% minus the 25% previously paid commissions = 10% Month-End Bonus 35% minus the 30% previously paid commissions = 5% Month-End Bonus
If someone selects a different product from my share link than the product I selected, will I still receive a commission?
Yes, as long as they use one of your links to make a purchase, you will receive commissions on what they buy, regardless of whether they purchase the product the link is attached to.
Do repeat customer purchases impact Brand Affiliate commissions from month to month?
Yes. All customers who purchase through your Brand Affiliate's links, whether they re-order as a Guest or through a customer account they have opened, will count toward your Brand Affiliate's commission each month.
Can I share Brand Partner links with potential customers who live in another country?
Yes, provided they live in a country where Isagenix operates. (Excludes Japan and Mexico.) First you need to select a country, then a product and create a link.
How are purchases from other countries calculated and paid for?
Isagenix will use currency exchange rates that are approximately 2% lower than then prevailing market currency exchange rates to convert to your local currency. Commissions for international purchases will be paid in your local currency and will appear on your dashboard in your local currency. We did the math for you!
