Boxing career
 
He took his first steps in amateur boxing in the sports club Gwardia Wrocław at the age of thirteen.
His first coaches were Mariusz Cieślak and Grzegorz Strugała. Six-time Polish champion and European vice-champion.
At the 2010 Polish Boxing Championships in Strzegom, he won a bronze medal in the bantamweight division (up to 54 kg).
He fought 117 amateur fights, winning 110 of them.
 
March 4, 2011 Łaszczyk in the professional ring. In the second run, American Emil Brooks (0-2-0) was technically knocked out.
 
On March 17, 2011, he fought the solution to Luquan Lewis (0-6-0) by knockout in the 2nd round.
On November 5, 2011, during a gala in Uncasville, the Pole knocked out American Chris Montoya Jr. after thirty-six seconds of the first round. (2-4-0).
On December 12, 2014, at the Windoor Boxing Night gala in Radom, Łaszczyk scored a unanimous decision over Croatian Antonio Horvatic (6-11, 4 KO).
On March 26, 2015, in Hialeah, Florida, he won by technical knockout in the sixth round against Mexican Jose Luis Araiza (31-11-1, 22 KO).
August 14, 2015 in Newark on points - 80:70 from three judges - in an eight-round fight between the Dominican, Oscauris Frias (16-1, 6 KO).
April 28, 2019 Łaszczyk returned to the ring after a year and a half of action and unanimously defeated Russian Ruslan Berchuk (11-11, 3 KO).
On November 23, 2019, at the MB Boxing Night gala in Radom, he defeated the Ukrainian Oleksandr Egorov (20-3-1, 10 KO) by unanimous decision.
On June 20, 2020, at the MB Boxing Night 7 gala in Arłamów, Piotr Gudel (10-5-1, 1 KO) physically before the event in the fifth round.
